Why this restriction applies everywhere
Roof Payment Schedule pays the roof on an Actual Cash Value basis when the dwelling has Replacement Cost coverage. Jacob confirmed that the restriction on combining the schedule with an ACV dwelling should apply in every state offering it. This rule does not determine where the schedule is offered.
